Recently, a batch of high-pressure mining hose pumps manufactured by Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully packaged and shipped to Laos. These pumps are specifically engineered for high-pressure mining applications and will be deployed in a high-concentration slurry transportation system at a major local mine—bringing the reliability of “Made in China” to the forefront of Southeast Asia’s mining development.
As a key drafter of industry standards for hose pumps in China, HUAYUN has carried out targeted technical upgrades to meet both the high-pressure requirements and tropical climate conditions of Laotian mines. The pump body is forged from high-strength alloy, capable of operating under slurry-lifting conditions exceeding 1,000 meters in depth. The core hoses are made from tropical climate-resistant elastomers, proven through rigorous anti-aging and acid-alkali resistance testing.
Additionally, each unit is equipped with HUAYUN’s independently developed High-Pressure Adaptive Control System, which automatically adjusts pressure and flow in real time—effectively minimizing risks of pipe blockages or bursts in high-density slurry transport.
